@Keith Smith you must get a mentor and make sure you build your team ( accountant, home inspector, lawyer, contractor and real estate agent)

@Patryk Domanski just be true and honest, he will know whether you guys know your stuff or not, I’d be upfront and tell him you are beginners, you never know you could find a mentor.

He has agreed to mentor me and my gut is telling me he is the guy I need to stick with.
