The availability and prices of building materials could be impacted for new development, but for existing real estate and long-term buy and hold rentals, I don't see a major impact.

Also know when shopping around for lenders anyone who advertises no lending fees usually has higher interest rates.

I did the work myself for the 45k included labor and materials and I paid property tax for 2 years at about 5k for a total of 50k in expenses.
