The growth and energy here can be felt in the air and seen in the massive renovations.  

The contractor we hired began the first week in April and promised that this little 2,000 sq ft. cottage would be completed by the end of June, then the end of July with concrete promises & fingers crossed to have it finished before school started.  

Nothing wrong with a coach but for thousands of dollars I hope they add massive value, which in 99 percent of cases they will not.

It helped by allowing me to focus on exactly on the massive action required to build a real estate investing machine and quadruple in size every few months.In every adversity can be found the seed of an equal or greater opportunity.

A consideration payment of a few hundred bucks and/or moving money is all someone gets for a massively over encumbered property.

Hi all, does investing in a C-D grade area pay dividends when a massive development has been proposed for it?  

If power company would allow the people to raise their homes, FEMA requires that the piers be steel and concrete, no wooden stilts. 

The 1st and 2nd massively over encumbering trust deeds are open and remain and are not a title issue.
