Hey guys I'm Steve,

I'm brand new to real estate investing but I have about 9 years of construction experience. I would love to utilize my skills to flip/renovate properties but I'm also interested in buy and hold properties as well. I have been listening to the BP podcasts for awhile now and figure I'd finally show my presence in the forums and post my intro! I'll save my questions for another post. I'm looking forward to networking and utilizing the massive amount of information on this site!
