.  ;-)  On the good side, I've been considering the BRRRR strategy instead of my typical buy and hold plans. 

However, the market in my area is very hot, and I haven't been able to find/win anything that works, so I'm looking to expand my strategy which brings me to this question.My family owned a cabin in Newfane for many years but had to sell it a last year.

I am in the process of creating an LLC and chomping at the bit to get things rolling.Right now, I am focused on learning the legal, business and strategy aspects of REI. 

I believe so, isn't that the point to brrrr strategy?

I have been looking more and more into trying out the MLO strategy to get my hands on a large apartment complex or a residential multi-family property.

I was told wholesaling might be the option but Im seeing that cash buyers may be ideal for that strategy.We are open to any and all advice, ideas, and strategies.

What strategy are you interested in?
