Here is an example of what I pass out:Minimum credit score of xCriminal checks must not have any felonies No misdemeanors within the last 5 yearsNo evictions$75 per adult non-refundable application feeSecurity deposit of 1.5x the rentNo partial payments accepted for move in rent or security depositPets on a case by case basisI don't have one in front of me but I think I covered most of it.

Either way you'll need to qualify for the loan in regards to income, other debts, and your credit score, etc.
