Mike Hsiao Ceiling Water Staining & Drywall Sag Concerns

The improper flashing on the decks seems to be causing some of the ceiling stains running across the first story ceiling/walls where the deck attaches to the house.There also looks to be a possible past dishwasher that leaked from upstairs, but all the appliances have now been removed from the property.It's been raining a lot here in San Diego, much more than usual, and the property has been vacant I know for at least 1 year.

If you find a minor leak, or the appliances are on the older side, you can stipulate you won't make them pay for it.

Personally I prefer the shower with the glass door because I feel it leads to less water leaking and therefore less floor damage and wall damage down the road due to inappropriate shower curtain usage.

Something like 74 gallons per 1lb of avocado. https://www.iot-now.com/2016/0...They did build a desalination plant in San Diego California, 50 million gallons per year, enough for 300,000 people, but they also just denied a $1.4 billion dollar plant while saying they were open to the idea. https://www.water-technology.n...I know we also spent money fixing leaks the Mexico’s water leaks and get a kick back in extra water.https://www.watereducation.org...But for Las Vegas we return so much of our water “use” after treatment we’ve never drawn our full allotment and it sits in lake mead waiting for us.

If a future buyer orders an appraisal and they find mold, leaking roof, crack in the foundation then you will be in some trouble...

There's no obvious signs of moisture/leaks and I've run an ozone generator 3 times at 2 hours each straight into the return vent.
