You are in a perfect job to become an investor and to run your own business.

This would give me a side income outside of my other property management job. 

I'm currently still working a full time job, sorry for the delayed response.

So I believe I qualify as a trader as opposed to an investor however I do have some long term investments.Income started with my job (I still work) and birthdays/holiday money.I think I'll wind up being a trader, securities though may be the grey area for my current situation though.

I'm originally from the southwest suburbs of Illinois and recently moved to San Francisco for my job as a software developer.
