Corey Robert Leet - The city of Duluth is starting to make me a bit nervous!

A lot of contractors are nervous doing it like this to start as they think they will have to wait on materials. 

I'm kinda nervous...Advice on what I should do next?

We have just now started to feel nervous since we just learned of the required lines. 

Just feel very nervous the more i grow and expand alot on my shoulders i feel like.

But I'd be lying to you if I told you it didn't make me nervous every time they pay late, as they are one car repair/medical expense/whatever from not paying at all.

During this time, the Tenant was about to move in (Section 8 / CHA) and thats when everything got lost in translation.

I'm nervous though about buying at an auction! 

This makes me nervous she may just enter my home any time she pleases, and is either unfamiliar with the laws on a 24 hour notice, or just doesn't care). 2) I asked her to send me a copy of what the lease would be to look through and she sent me SOMEONE ELSE's LEASE, a current tenant, with all of his information on it, amount of rent, financial info, etc.

-I am nervous about the trust aspect of having a roommate I do not know.
