Exceptions with an underwriter
Hello,
My wife and I are applying for our first house. We have been pre-approved and have put an offer on a house. We have no debt and good credit. My question is how likely is it that we would get our exception approved with one of us having three lines of credit for a minimum of 12 months and the other of us having 2 lines with a third at 6 months? The underwriter has it where we should have three a piece. This is our first time attempting to buy a home and everything has been smooth up to this point. We have just now started to feel nervous since we just learned of the required lines. Any quick response would be appreciated.
Thank YOU
