Simply put, the vast wealth of information and resources BP has provided thus far has been incredible and I hope that I can someday contribute to the REI discourse generated on this site.

BiggerPockets has some incredible resources to get started, and 99% are completely free.

This is a great place to live and invest, although the market is incredibly competitive right now.

There is some awesome advice here already but I'd also suggest you check out the file place here on BP because it has some incredible resources on there for free!
