Flipping houses/rental properties

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum. I am looking to learn more about flipping houses. I am currently active duty military so this is something I can't do full time right now. I'm also interested in buying something cheap I can fix up and rent out. Any information is greatly appreciated.
