Ideas: find out properties that have been passed down through wills, look for divorces, vacancies, for sale by owner inventory, etc. and somehow use computer skills to identify likely deals.

Hopefully they will do their best to identify all the issues but it's impossible to know everything without ripping the property apart.You can have a General contractor walk the property with you (probably going to cost you for his/her time) and have them spit ball an estimate but, again, that's based off just what you can see.The only way to not pay someone is to learn how to effectively do it yourself.

I wonder how other with multiple SFR handle the administration and if there are any good tools that make this easier.In a second step I am also planning to put the properties in LLC's and have already identified a law firm to help with that - it still leaves the question of the bank accounts.Naturally, I also love to learn about any other tips to manage better/more efficient.
