When do I call the inspector?
Hi Everyone,
I am getting started in buy and hold real estate investing. I would like to hear how some of you investors do your due diligence with the following:
When do you call an inspector to give you a report of what needs to be repaired and what does not meet the codes/regulations?
When you have a few properties that meet your criteria, how do you get an estimate of the rehab cost without having to pay for an inspector every time?
