If a Property Management company is managing enough properties it's only a matter of time before one insurance bill falls through the cracks and boom of course Murphy's Law will kick in and that'll be the one that has a no heat in the winter or something of that nature causing uninsured damage.Going forward I'd vet your PM's more carefully to see that they are more established.
