When someone becomes a multi-millionaire for many there is mindset shift of wanting good yield with the least amount of headache.

We have good, not great credit, and a decent amount of savings that we're hoping to continue to increase.

Lenders have seasoniing rules and often restrict how much you can get back on a refinance until a certain amount of time passes.

You can find a decent amount on the MLS.

That being said, does anyone have some sample term sheets they have created for this situation that would include the responsibilities of the borrower and lender, the amount of interest for the term, time period and payback terms.

Although it was only a couple grand, it dropped my credit score a decent amount. 

I understand a large amount of investors would prefer not to get involved in that, as they're primarily looking for a cash buyer period.

Your biggest challenge, in my opinion ( and what I am currently facing now) is the amount of money you have saved and coming in as well as being young.
