I am frequently asked for referrals to PM's in Augusta/Waterville and just don't know anyone who operates down there.

Do you contract this out to a third party and if so how frequently? 

Since I do deal with buyers/sellers in my industry frequently, putting some effort into the referrals could be a profitable side gig. 

When considering debt payoff, I frequently look at what will open up the most opportunities for cashflow for myself.
