As Curt said the company may be working with preferred lenders which can make your life easier, but don't be afraid to explore the possibility of using your own lenders.  

I also wanted to explore the day to day issues.  

I'm still getting involved in the forums, but I've already explored the several "Ultimate Guides" under the education tab, and have found some great things in the file place under tools.Soon I hope to jump in flipping, probably North East Baltimore and areas forward my home in Havre de Grace.Good luck!

Have you explored other lenders other than FHA?

 I am a newbie living in Bay Area, trying to explore some potential locations for investment in Multifamily units.I am doing some research on Reno/Sparks/Fernley, because of their proximity and possible potential.

I’m looking forward to exploring the site and learning from the forums and getting to know the smart and experienced people here.  

But, I am taking my time to explore all avenues to see if anything else jumps out at me.

At this point now though, I feel a little stuck and I may need to just keep exploring all my options.

Don't be afraid to explore houses that have been boarded up, either, but you may want to set aside additional funds for contractors and other experts to ensure that the structure is safe.
