Hello Everyone, I’m Zatch.

I’m a new member, living in the South Carolina Low Country and I am resolved to becoming a very successful real estate investor. I currently work in law enforcement and I’m at the very beginning of my real estate investing career. I’m not looking to leave my law enforcement career. I am however determined to excel at both endeavors and be as highly efficient, effective and competent as is possible. I look forward to getting to know as many of the forum members as possible and learning as much as I can, as well as in time one day being able to contribute myself to the vast knowledge base and expertise that is obviously already collected here.
