I have to quit drinking coffee for the next couple of days as I am so nervous, stressed and excited all at the same time.  

Honestly, it all feels a little overwhelming right now, but I'm trying to soak up as much as I can from the blog and forums, and may be ordering a book or two soon.Which is to say, I don't have any real "value" to add on these forums yet, but I am excited to be involved!

Overall, I'm not sure what my exact business plan is yet, but I firmly believe that a stable foundation of wealth and income will come from owning property.I'm excited to be part of this community and feel that it has a great deal to teach me.

I am excited to get going, I know I will learn the most from my first deal, I just want to make sure my first deal is as wise as it can be, and I make fewer mistakes then if I hadn't done some research.

No matter, people usually still get something from reading the books, even if it's nothing more than nudging you toward taking additional steps to learn more and be excited.
