Newbie in LA and South Bay Area :)

Hi Everyone :) My name is Tanya, 25 years old. I'm originally from Thailand. I'm so excited about investing in RE market!!! I've been spending a few hours a day studying about how to wholesale the properties. Still have a lot more to learn. I live in LA, but my work is in culver city. So I pretty much know both areas.
