@Mason Weese I have four vacation rentals in Summersville, WV—just an hour east of Charleston, but I am close to Summersville Lake and New River Gorge national park, so my numbers may be skewed from that.

We live in central Wisconsin, and there are several good banks/CUs in this area - but many of the vacation towns we are researching have fewer options.Thoughts?

Remember one of the great things about pursuing the STR market is that you can always switch to LTR if the vacation rental thing doesn't work out for some reason....
