Vacation Rental in Baiting Hollow

Hey everyone, first-time post here. I was looking at a vacation cottage rental in Baiting Hollow, NY. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with that area and market, especially for vacation rentals. Also, if anyone has recommendations for a vacation property management company in that area, it would also be super helpful!
