It's really good to know that somebody is putting together local resources to make STR hosting a more easily achieved endeavor.  

The property can't be enjoyed by the public , as stated that the purpose of P-2 zoning is for public enjoyment, preserving a natural resource or view etc

For example, you could give her little tasks that she enjoys before she takes on a greater role.Best of luck!

I really have enjoyed the flip process and would like to continue with them.
