Thats higher than most on campus housing, so aside from the luxury of living off campus, why would I live in your place rather than on campus and not have to drive/bus/etc..? 

From what i noticed driving around the neighborhoods, it seems like a lot of the homes just needs polishing, and what's great is that the properties are sitting on so much land!
