During this time of COVID - 19 and what’s e expect the aftermath be. Should we expect buying opportunities like 08?

It's way too early to tell. People need to remember that the buying opportunities from the last recession didn't really occur until 2009-2011, not 2008. Governments have already introduced measures to stop foreclosures and evictions so we'll have to wait and see how this develops before mentioning buying opportunities from a decade ago.
