If Hartford is a thriving market and the firm is willing to mentor/train you, I think you have an exciting opportunity.  

I'm considering this to be a warm up / training.

I enjoyed the training, but it felt like a 3-day commercial for the mastery program.

The case shows returned mail from the owner quite a few times starting in March 2016 so that might be a sign that USPS isn't delivering to that address anymore.
