Ma died several years ago leaving a LW&T appointing, her daughter, my seller as the Executrix with powers to sell, and Letters Testamentary were issued to her.

Have them sit in on the interviews and get a checklist of what to ask, how to vet tenants by calling prior landlords and verifying work history, etc.

Looks like several credible scientists from different organizations and universities agree that it will likely happen sometime in the next 50 years and will likely be the worst natural disaster in the countries history.
