Look at the pictures and description then wright down everything that needs to be fixed.Then take that info and google the estimated repair cost for each of your items.

Customer service was awful, they kept saying to download the report on the website and had no solutions to allow me to pay on my own, provide them my business ids or get confirmation of payments from the paid local and state entities.

If you have a existing client base you may already have a customer that is a savvy investor and would make a decent partner.

We have the scale to hire fantastic 3rd party property management with full time people at our properties, so we as the owners can focus on big picture items.There's nothing at all wrong with small-midsize multifamily deals.

Once the house is ready I’m going to hire a photographer for pictures.
