That's not to criticize those who are more selective, because I get their point of view.

Not the cosmetic aspects of style, but rather ranch vs. ranch w/basement vs. two story vs. trilevel etc.  

The CSI is oft criticized as its coverage scope is quite narrow, and the media typically assumes that the CSI data represents the entire housing market.

Does anyone have any aspect of their morning routine that they've found to be invaluable/irreplaceable?

It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

However, it is critical to involve professionals,  budget for the cost of repairs & maintenance, and define the cost and timeline for several backup options.  

My first thoughts are to get a second degree in accounting in order to better understand that aspect.

Lease to the organization and let them take care of the occupancy issues.Might search for "making money in non-profits" as I believe we touched on these aspects and working with community organizations.Trying to break into assisted health care living today is no arena for anyone without a health care background, deep pockets and compliance experience. :)

I think its absolutely critical in establshing your success.

It is a great place to meet new friends and learn about various aspects of real estate and more.
