Look at the county’s site to see for yourself what is filed (probate application) regarding the decedent/owner, and you can also look at the deed to see how the title was held - joint/ right of survivorship .. etc - .

There is no reason a pipe should burst unless it freezes... please upload a pic of his work and the joint that failed.Toilet issue... toilet shouldnt rock at all and will loosen the seal and start to leak potentially damaging tile/subfloor.

I am also involved in 2 joint ownership agreements whereby we took title as tenants in common and we contribute funds passed on our agreement This is more secure then a JV agreement.
