The reason I purchased the property despite those written rules is it seems that rule (currently 12 other Airbnb's are listed in my complex) along with dogs must be under 25 lbs are not enforced. 

It may be a good idea to get a summer job at an apartment complex doing grounds work or painting.

It was a total sham but today they pump all these high school students minds with the idea they need college when I make more than everyone I graduated with, without my diploma or degree.

I recently had the opportunity to bid on a 69 unit complex that showed to net 74k after all expenses paid.

Why are the larger apartment complexes selling at a higher sales price per unit as compared to the smaller 1 - 4 unit properties? 

I have the idea down, but just a little caught up on the sequence of events, and also throwing the BRRRR in there adds more complexity, given that would take more time and also would be my first project of that scale, but could save cash outflow.Any advice and input would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
