I’m 22 and live in Miami beach, FL with my parents and girlfriend.

I want my son (only child who is 4 months) and wife to never have to worry about working (they will work but enjoy what they do).

I have some savings and a uncle who is an investor who gave me some advice about real-estate but other than that i'm clueless, I live at home with my parents and I don't want to rent an apartment as i feel like i'll be throwing money away.

I live in Springfield, but I'm managing my parents' rentals in Corvallis, putting together three infill developments (OSU student rentals) for them and looking for $ to do more.

renting might have to be a reality considering a child on the way will surely surprise you with unexpected costs.

End of the year we have to file a  IRS - DOT  simple form 5500-EZ  as the parent LLC Is 100% owned by us (husband and wife).This form is also very easy to fill up.Good thing that the CA state does not ask for any formalities for this .

Thanks Jenkins, unfortunately no obit but a ton of articles a few leads but it looks like for obvious reasons they are keeping things quiet. 1 13 yr old child of theirs and a 20 yr old child of hers and his father in Florida I have a headache!

i love curry. i put a dash in the rice when i make rice.install a direct vent system. i am not talking about a "hood vent above the oven". those are crap. i have a 8" fantech vent that vents through the side of the house. that thing can pull a small child up.
