Hello my name is Dana and i'm new, i am a student who is wanting to start investing, i live in the state of Utah and have no clue how the market works.. I have some savings and a uncle who is an investor who gave me some advice about real-estate but other than that i'm clueless, I live at home with my parents and I don't want to rent an apartment as i feel like i'll be throwing money away. I want to purchase a small home that is a duplex or with a mother in law basement. I'm even open to purchase a house that i can flip around and sell someday toward another investment. I'm very motivated and will be open to advice given... thank you so much for having me :-)
