Carrying cost $2300/month.  

On one such visit, it was clear the owner was also there to collect rent, yet left empty-handed.On some of them I remember thinking, "I better make sure my License to Carry is current". 

I may have gone ice-diving off Nome searching for gold, but my love of the ocean has never led to a sizeable increase in my bank account or assets.  

There shouldn't be any insurance penalty for PEX, it is the current gold standard and code compliant.

All I had to do was simply choose between the Platinum $900+ Lifetime package or the Gold $700+ 5-year package.

If the state doesn't force you to carry them over and the lease doesn't force you to carry them over, then you can start the eviction process if you want.

Some contractors do not and will not want to take calls from end customers so the referalls you get are going to be to the higher priced contractors that carry heavy overhead.
