Spend some time learning about drywall repair, learn how to do minor electrical and plumbing (like hanging a ceiling fan, or replacing faucets and drains) these will benefit you tremendously even if you end up hiring someone to do these jobs it's gonna be harder for someone to take advantage of you because you understand what is required. 3.
