I just got off the phone with a local portfolio lender a few minutes ago.

I have been on the phone today with a lot of investors, some I’ve known for a long time and some are newer to real estate, and my advice to all of them has been that we have been here before.

I’m often so preoccupied with the phone in my hand, two or three monitors in front of me, attempting to close deals, that looking up and seeing my son smile, watch the sun rise, or sunset is something I take for granted.

You are ahead of me because on every one of my walks I have identified properties that should be contacted and I take pictures on my phones and the have done nothing.
