@Hadi Hidou Experian the credit score company offers their service of Credit Boost which allows for things like your electric bill and your cell phone bill and some other things you pay monthly to count toward your credit score to raise it assuming you pay these on time and can quickly boost your credit score between 10-50 points so the advertising claims.

Then the recurring income from your investment properties will pay your bills even when the market shifts or you lose a funnel for some reason.

That way it is all up to the tenant and you dont have to manage those bills as well. 

Go to your town or county hall and see where the tax bills are being sent and who is on title.

Pennsylvania is looking to pass a bill to have vacant property registration and annual assessments and collect fees on vacant properties.

I have family and friends that are involved in various area's of Real Estate and of course since I have decided to jump in, the advice I have been getting in numerous.

This is because you do get an economy over a SF (same roof, same systems, one insurance policy, tax bill is spread) but by and large the tenants will treat this place as their own.   

The statement was that it would be impossible to bill each tenant appropriately based upon usage and would probably be best to cover the expense.
