Boarded up vacant house not yet on the market..

Hello All,

I am fairly new to all this. I recently closed and rented out my first property last month. I turns out it was a great investment giving me more than a $500 a month cash flow. It does help I have a builders license and have been building for over 20 years. So I can get majority of the work done myself pretty quick. However, I just found a boarded up house that is definitely vacant down the street. It is not yet on the market and I was hoping someone could give me some insight on how I would find out who or what bank owns it before it goes on the market?

Thanks,
