Thanks for the infoI cash flow approx 800-1100 per unit which seems like amazingly good from reading post here that are only getting 100-300...whats Amazingly good  can change from person to person but thats what drove this question.  

First and foremost, I hope everyone is staying sane and healthy, we may be quarantined for some time but this could be an amazing space to reset, reflect and recharge from the fast paced city life that we have become accustomed to.I hope your employer or clients are understanding and able to keep you employed and in business.

Any help on referrals or even some insight on finding a few good small contractors would be amazing. 

I just wanted to provide an update on my progress since my post 4 months ago, so much of it has been down to some of the amazing people I have met through BP...- I have gone through the legal process of setting up a joint venture agreement with my investor through an RE attorney.- I have picked an OS market that fits my RE goals (cash flow!!)

You would need the location to be an amazing site and layout parcel size for a potential developer to deal with environmental and for a national tenant to want the site.
