Is there support for rental tenants to pay rent - Chicago, IL

I have several units in Chicago and tenants are reaching out to me that they are not working and are looking for support. I know this is a tough time and we are in this together. How do I respond to tenants and is there a support for tenants to pay rent from City of Chicago or from the state. What advice can I give the tenants and how are you responding to tenants?

All my properties are in the Chicago, IL area.
