What part of the world is property? 

Obviously, there were clearly fundamental issues with the business model, which I think will be exposed in many companies if we are heading back into a major recession.Unfortunately, as has been brought up on this forum, the entire world is propped up on leverage. 

Hustle can take you a long way in this world, but if your plan is to sit back and wait for someone with tons of experience to find you, drop everything, and teach you everything, I think you're going to be waiting a long time.Get out there and make it happen.

YES, Furnished Monthly Rentals are getting rented in today's Covid-19 world.

Cannot go to tourist sites like zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Gas Lamp. 

Someone at Bigger Pockets is either short sighted or needs to brush up on their world knowledge.

I could try a hard money lender, but if I were to do that, I would really, really need to find a local mentor to avoid a world of debt.
