You need to interview them check VA id, if it is mutual you two sign a lease using certified check or taking cash. 3 months rent up front?

We purchased a home in Virginia that sat on the market for a long time as the tenant told everyone who looked at it that it was haunted. 

I a home listed on the market Im Richmond Virginia... we bought it over a year ago for $220,000, put about $60K worth of work and got the value to about $365,000.

The VA rep asked if I would be the Primary permanent resident and I said no, I'd be using it as an income property.

Need help!

Is there any service that you know of for VA's?

VA Loan use question:I know that in order to use a VA Loan, you can only use it on a Property that is "Move in Ready" Is there a way to still use your VA loan, if the Property needs Minor Repairs ( Under say $2,000 )?

Especially for a VA loan, I had a nasty experience with losing financing for a client who wanted to purchase a mobile home on a VA loan.

Normally I'm running for the front door to get away from the mosquitos here in Coastal VA. 

Don't write things off because of past experiences...our local meetup in Maine has been amazingly wonderful, and I am trying to find a replacement in VA.
