Other ways to sell a fully renovated home
I a home listed on the market Im Richmond Virginia... we bought it over a year ago for $220,000, put about $60K worth of work and got the value to about $365,000. So far we have no bites on this property. Just wanted to get your advice on what other ways should I go about marketing for a new full renovated home?
