Some friends and I went on a climbing trip last month to the Red River Gorge in Kentucky, lots of fun and lots of great routes!

I want to be the first real estate investor to own rental properties on the red planet.

I want to make sure I have the financing squared away before I approach them and try to make an offer!  

And the global health crisis is getting worse, so I’m not sure why anyone would think we are out of the woods yet.What happens when commercial real estate collapses and hundreds of millions of square feet of office space is converted to housing in cities?  

Foundation issues are generally a big red flag. 

Would you consider this a red flag and if so, how big?

Someone from the county finally called me back and told me the first step I should do is to call another department and find out if the lots have been “red tagged.”
