I can see google street views dating 2009 the fence was existing.

Though studying and learning are great, the best and most usable knowledge comes from pounding the street, talking to others, listening to their successes and failures, and not being afraid to DO it!

There are a number of north-end community members if you're looking to start making connections, there is also a BP meet-up happening on the 31st down in the Tacoma area if you can make it down there and Bellevue/East-side meet-up happening the first week of September.

However, there is one run down 4-plex that is right next to two of my properties that seems to be keeping tenants from wanting to live on this street. 

My mother-in-law lives in Vernal down the street from another pharmacist, (actually in Maeser).

I originally purchased the property as my primary residence, lived in it for 5 years then bought another home down the street and kept the original as a rental.

She is currently located on a street where the city has demolished and rebuilt about 9 homes in 2013/2014 (sold for about 92k-100k in 2014) located near our Football Stadium in a growing area!

Next I'm looking to purchase a live in multi-family in the Joplin, Missouri or North West Arkansas area.
