Some thoughts, and my structure idea here may not work for you based on your personal circumstances, so just keep in mind to a hammer everything looks like a nail, and to a mortgage lender the only parts of the problem we see are the ones we can fix with a mortgage:1. 2 year work history would not need to be on his current job, so if he worked in high school, even part time, that could count.
