When I search in nearby Baltimore, I get 0 properties found for nearly every neighborhood I try, and those that do have something are mostly empty land.What's the issue here?

I never found much value in them and have done better with traditional bank financing.

We found a beerfest near Piedmont Park and talked with probably over 20 people about Atlanta neighborhoods and areas to invest.

"Here's the money, I'm trying to invest this money with you, having troubles with these laws, etc etc" next thing you know they found a way to make it work but some tax or tariff has to be paid off in the US first.
