I have lived through a bathroom renovation (only full bath) where I had to shower at the gym every day, brush teeth in kitchen, and use the basement toilet when needed.

After the 3rd, it's a $50 late fee, then $5 a day every day after that, and the Pay or Quit goes up on the 4th.I will work with a tenant that communicates and has a good track record.
