I washed it with TSP and water and let it dry, and then I used the "bright white" Sherwin-Williams base paint, with no tint in it whatsoever. 

They dry walled it, textured it, ran electrical, painted and installed carpet.

Dry cut creates A LOT of dust.

So if water is seeping in now when it's been so dry, something else is wrong.

I am an introvert by nature, and if we don't have any type of social relationship, I can be a bit dry when talking .

With 340 days of dry sunshine a yea or so, it has the best weather in Europe, including the best winter weather in Continental Europe by far.

Belize dry season is January thru May.- Bugs/Snakes-   I'm originally from Louisiana; and Belize has far less bugs, Mosquitoes, and snakes than I ever grew up with in a Creek bottom in the middle of a National Forest.- I love nature and trees. 

One thing though if you think this out of state GC is so great, one of the proofs of that would be him/her being able to navigate all this I told you.

Cast iron will dry out if not keep wet causing cracks.
